Services

Everything between the transmission and the tyres.

All driveline work is quoted per job. Driveshaft repair estimates are free — bring it in or send measurements and we will give you a number.

Custom Driveshafts

Measured, built and welded to your vehicle rather than pulled off a shelf. Lifted, stretched, swapped or shortened — if the geometry changed, the shaft has to change with it.

Built to order1310 – 1550 series

High Speed Balancing

Every shaft we build spins up on the balancer before it leaves. That is the difference between a shaft that is straight and a shaft that is quiet at 70mph.

Differential Setup

Pattern checked, backlash and preload set to spec, then documented. Gears fail from setup far more often than they fail from load.

Ring & Pinion

Dana/Spicer and Yukon gear sets in the ratio your build actually needs — sized around your tyre diameter and how you drive it, not a guess.

Straight answers

Questions we get every week.

My truck vibrates after a lift. Is that the driveshaft?

Usually it is angle, length or balance — sometimes all three. Lifting changes the operating angle at both joints. We diagnose before we sell you a shaft.

Can you build a shaft from measurements alone?

Yes, and we do it regularly for out-of-town customers and other shops. Use the checklist above. Photos of both ends save the most back-and-forth.

What gear ratio should I run?

It depends on tyre diameter, transmission and whether you tow. Tell us those three and we will give you a ratio and the reason for it, not just a part number.

Do you work with other shops?

Regularly. If you are a shop that needs a shaft built or an axle set up, call and we will talk turnaround and trade terms.

Prototype note — these four answers are drafted from the shop's stated specialities and need the owner's sign-off before launch. Turnaround times, trade terms and warranty wording are deliberately left out until confirmed.

Send us your measurements. We’ll send back a number.

Driveshaft repair estimates are free. No obligation, no run-around.
